How the calculator works
Pick any three cards. The calculator identifies your hand (Trail, Pure Sequence, Sequence, Color, Pair or High Card), then compares it against every possible three-card hand an opponent could hold from the remaining 49 cards — all 18,424 of them. It reports exactly how many of those hands you beat, tie and lose to.
The figures for more than one opponent are close approximations that treat opponents’ hands as independent. Real tables also involve betting decisions, so a strong hand is never a guaranteed win.
Teen Patti rules used
- Hand order: Trail > Pure Sequence > Sequence > Color > Pair > High Card.
- Sequence order: A-K-Q highest, then A-2-3, then K-Q-J down to 4-3-2.
- Suits are not ranked. Identical hands tie.
